Review: Kracie Naive Facial Cleansing Foam in Aloe Essence

I have been using the Kracie Naive Facial Cleansing Foam in Aloe Essence for a few weeks now. This is a typical cleansing foam which has some botanicals in it and it contains aloe extracts and organic aloe juice, which is a moisturizing agent. It says on the tube "tsurutsuru" which means smooth.

I received this cleansing foam as a thank you gift from rae630 who unfortunately seems not to have a blog anymore. She is a kind soul and I really liked her a lot. This cleansing foam does lather up nicely, which I like although I do know that lather isn't necessarily a good thing. It smells really nice and cleans my skin nicely. Unlike most Japanese facial cleansers, this doesn't seem to leave my skin tight after rinsing off. It is something that I definitely would repurchase but it'll probably be a long while since I have a ton of facial cleansers.

EDIT: Just so there's no confusion, this is a cleansing foam but it doesn't come out as a foam. It comes out of the tube as a cream and lathers up to a nice foam.

I have another review that I've been wanting to do but unfortunately, I can't locate where I put the product right now. Does that give you some kind of clue as to what I thought about it?.

If my posts are kind of spotty for now, please bear with me. Tax time is coming up and I really do need to start working on my taxes. *sigh* Who likes doing their taxes, raise your hand! No one?

@sugar sugar--Yeah, unfortunately death and taxes are certain things in life.

Haha, you'll have to wait and see my review of the next product. Where is that darned thing?!

Taxes. I dread them. -sigh-

I love Japanese facial washes/scrubs. I've tried various washes from the drugstore and they either broke me out terribly or made my skin super dry.

I'm glad this one worked for you!

Glad that this cleanser worked for you! As for me i seem to be ok with foam cleansers as my skin is really oily and foam cleansers gives me clean wash and it doesn't get tight. have you tried gel cleansers before?

I used to use this brand of body wash, I loved the smell. :)

Taxes are never fun! Definitely not something I look forward to doing, thankfully I was forced to do this years back in February.

i love facial cleansers with good lathering power as it seems to cleanse my oily skin better ^_^ so true i have tons of cleanser not used yet but sometimes when new ones come out with the word *best selling* or popular ones with discount i will still hoard them!

@tiffyama--Sorry to hear that you haven't had too much luck with drugstore washes. It can be quite distressing when you break out as a result of them.

I hope that you're having a fun trip!

@heartbreaker--This one actually comes out of the tube as a cream and lathers up to a really nice foam. I've tried foam cleansers where they come out of the bottle as a foam and didn't like those because they didn't keep a nice lather. Gel cleansers are nice too.

@Brianna--I've been wanting to try the body wash too. My only problem is that I have sooo many body washes that I need to use up first.

@Steph--Yes, it smells quite nice--a light scent. It feels really nice too.

@coffretgorge--It feels really nice! I should have written that tsurutsuru also means "slick" and it does have that slick feeling when you're washing your face. It's perfect for when using the Clarisonic brush.

@evie--I know what you mean! I have such a collection of facial cleansers and body washes. There's more that I want to get and try but have been restraining myself for now.

@Jennifer--I totally agree with you in that the cleansers that are highly foaming are usually from Japan.

I'm glad to hear that this worked for you! I'm not looking forward to taxes next year - I'll have a very weird time with me being in China, my pay going to HK, and being based in Japan.

@K--I agree with you! It's going to be really an interesting time doing your taxes next year with the way you have your pay set up, although I totally understand why you've done it that way. Good luck!
