Half Year Favorites--Long and Pic Heavy

I decided to do a half year favorites. Most of what I decided to list are items that I use just about every day. A lot of them have been used for pretty much the full 6 months, some others are products that I may have just started using but really like and I'm quite sure they'll become standards.

Cleansers

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Towelettes. I have used this for well over 3 years.
Noevir 99 Line Deep Cleansing Massage Gel.
Noevir 99 Line Gentle Foaming Cleanser. I have been using Noevir since October or November. I used to use it a long time ago and then switched to something else.
Clarisonic Brush

Skincare

Mornings:
Sana Soy Milk Whitening Very Moisture Toner. I just started using this so I'm not sure if it's helping to lighten my complexion.
Lancaster 365 Cellular Elixer. This is a serum.
Noevir 99 Line Moisturizer
Noevir Raysella Sunscreen. This has zinc in it.
Lancaster Retinology Eye Cream. I usually use Noevir's Eye Cream but I ran out and have been using something else and I don't like it much. I will buy Noevir's Eye Cream again soon and alternate between Noevir and Lancaster.
Noevir 99 Line Protecting Skin Cream

Nights:
Noevir 505 Line Revitalizing Balancing Lotion
Lancaster 365 Cellular Elixer
Kiehl's Midnight Recover Concentrate
Noevir 105 Line Moisturizer
Eye Cream--either Lancaster or Noevir
Noevir 99 Line Protecting Skin Cream

Eyes

Mezaik Double Eyelid Stretch Fiber. I love, love, love this!
Trish McEvoy Lash Enhancer Nighttime Conditioning Treatment. This is a project currently in progress. Will update every two weeks.
Talika Lipocils
Shiseido Mascara Base
K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner
MAC Paintpot Painterly

Face

Benefit Eyebrow Powder
MUFE Powder Foundation. I use this as a concealer.
Maquillage Moisture Cream Foundation. This is a little too heavy for wear during the humid summers but I love it during the cooler weather times.
Maquillage Moisture Finish Powder Foundation
Kanebo Cofret D'or Beauty Essence Pact. I love the compact case--it's so pretty!
Lioele Beyond Solution BB Cream
Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturizing Foundation
Temptu Foundation
Dior Capture Totale Multi-Perfection Radiance Enhancer. This is my primer.

Bath and Hair

I used a variety of shower gels. The one in this picture happens to be The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom.
Noevir Tokara Shampoo and Conditioner
Shiseido Tsubaki Damage Care Hair Mask

Fragrance

Dior Addict Shine. I am not a fragrance person. I could never find a fragrance that would wear well on me. The scent would always change into something not so nice after wearing it long enough during the day. This is the first fragrance that doesn't change on me. It is a light fragrance which does not arrive before you do and doesn't linger after you leave.

Sorry that this was so long. If there is anything that I haven't done a review on and you're interested in, please let me know and I'll be happy to do a review.

@Clarisonic--Wow! You're welcome. Actually you can thank the other half of this blog, Mai, because it took her at least half a year to convince me to buy it, that it was one of the best things she's bought. I've been using mine since the end of November and I'll have to admit that she was right. I hope that Mai doesn't see me admitting this. LOL!

Thanks for commenting Nic Nic! Your list would be much smaller because you are young and beautiful and don't need all of those beauty products to help you out.

Yay! I love reading your favorites! Yay for the Neutrogena wipes!!! Have you tried the target ones? I heard that they work just as well, but I would like your opinion!!

Wow, so much Noevir stuff! I've seen this in Japan as well. Maybe I'll try it out!!

Ugh now I want a Clarasonic! Maybe I'll get one next time I'm in the US!

You love the Mezaik, wow! I need your advice! How do you apply eyeshadow after using it? Can you apply eyeshadow on top of Mezaik?

Oooh Dior Addict Shine! I debated between Dior Addict 2 and Shine and I got Addict 2. It's halfway finished (this was a year ago), so maybe I'll get Shine next! I love how light and fresh it is!

Thanks again for sharing!

Hi K! Thanks for your comments!

I haven't tried the Target wipes. I'll go and check it out and will let you know. I've tried the Walmart brand and the ones at Costco but didn't like them as much. Neutrogena is definitely a thicker sheet than the Walmart ones and I think that it removes the makeup better.

Noevir is from Japan. It's home sales--at least here in the U.S. I'm a consultant but that's using that term very loosely. I signed up only to be able to purchase it at the consultants' price and if there's anyone who is interested, I just pick it up and have them reimburse me at the same cost.

Yeah, the Clarisonic is good. I have the Clarisonic Plus System which is also good for the body. I'm thinking of picking up a Mia too, which will be good for travelling and as a backup when I need to charge my current one.

Yes, you can apply eyeshadow over the Mezaik, but don't use any cream shadows. I do apply the MAC Paintpot Painterly but avoid going over the Mezaik.

Hi Kat!

I agree with Clarisonic... I love it. Nice of Clarisonic to leave a comment too!

Worth every cent and more (mine was a gift but still.. heh) I haven't tried most of the stuff on your list so this makes me curious... love this kind of list. I am tempted to do something similar myself but then again, I change my "favourites" list about 50 times a day! What can I say - fickle!

Talk soon

BV! How are you? I've missed reading your posts but I know that you are super busy right now. Thanks for taking the time to comment here.

Yes, it is difficult to choose favorites so I went with stuff that I pretty much use day in and day out.

Take care of yourself!

@Steph--I think that you'll have no problems with the Clarisonic. I fought against purchasing one, thinking that I didn't need it and it was a luxury item. I'm so glad that I finally got it. I use mine every night.
